Siesta

No electrode names were found, default Left/Right are expected

I am using siesta siesta-4.1-b4 version. I have done electrode calculations. When I m doing SR calculation it is showing error 'no electrode name were found. ' I have copied the *.TSHS file into the SR folder and using the flag like (TS.HSFileLeft ./Phosp.TSHS).
Is any other pattern to define the path of electrodes?

Siesta 4.1 has drastically changed how transiesta inputs look like. I would highly recommend you to read through the updated manual which describes in detail what to do.
