antiparallel orientation

Asked by maluneelambari

Hi,
I am considering a ferromagnetic material as my electrode for the spin transport calculation. Few layers of this material is included in the device region.
1)Antiparallel orientation is giving only for electrode. So what would be the magnetic orientation of electrode like atoms inside the scattering region?
2) Should we need to specify spin direction of the electrode like atoms inside the device?
