Siesta

installation of siesta 4.1b4

Hi,
While installaing siesta 4.1b4 in the server I am getting an error as shown below.

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:508: recipe for target 'transiesta' failed
make: *** [transiesta] Error 1

And scalapck.a is available at
/opt/scalapack/lib/libscalapack.a
and libopenblas_nonthreaded.a at
/opt/openblas/lib/libopenblas_nonthreaded.a

What is the issue here and how to fix it?
