Hi,
1. What is the correct method to choose mesh cutoff for a system ?
2. Is there any parameter there that tunes smoothness of .AVTRANS plot? If yes how to vary it to get smoother the curve ?

1) Converge the mesh-cutoff
2) k-points and energy grid. You need to converge number of k-points.
