PDOS at different voltage

Hi,
I would like to find out PDOS of different orbitals at different voltages corresponding to transport calculation. How does it calculate?

TBtrans can calculate the PDOS of different orbitals at different voltages.
Please see the tbtrans manual for details.

If you use the 4.1-beta versions, you may use sisl (https://github.com/zerothi/sisl) to extract the data easily.
