spin transport and spin polarized transport

Hi,

 Using transiesta we can calculate spin polarized transport. But how to calculate spin transport? Is it possible to connect spin polarized transport and spin transport?

I am not sure exactly what you mean. When you do a spin-polarized calculation you calculate the transport for both up and down and get all quantities separately.

What is the difference between spin transport and spin polarized transport?

None.
Except that spin transport could potentially mean non-collinear spin (but that is not implemented in transiesta).

 Using siesta 4.1 b3 can't we use non-collinear spin calculation? Non-collinear and spin orbit tags are available in the spin polarization section. So what does it mean by non collinear spin calculation is not implemented in transiesta. I didn't understand your reply properly. Can you explain it once more?

Non collinear and spin-orbit coupling are only implemented in regular siesta. It hasn't been implemented in transiesta.

For non collinear you may look at smeagol.
