constraint on spin orientation

Dear All,

I would like to know whether SIESTA has implemented a constraint method to fix the direction of spin orientation for the noncollinear system. If yes, in which part of the manual does explain the procedure ? because I only understand that the constraint in the manual is intended to fix the atomic position

Currently there is no implementation of spin constraints.
