PHtrans manual

TBtrans and PHtrans are essentially the "same program". Hence all options for phtrans are equivalent to that of tbtrans.
The manual of PHtrans is thus the tbtrans documentation (as is also written in the preface of the tbtrans documentation).

To not clutter the tbtrans code with pre-processor statements all flags are still named TBT.* instead of the, properly more appropriate, PHT.*. Do not be confused by this, it means nothing.

For examples using PHtrans you can checkout the latest sisl commit which has an example using GULP output (examples/ex_03.py) which calculates the phonon transport of ZZ oriented graphene.
