What is the Difference Between 4.0 SIESTA for SIESTA 3.2 ?

I work with simulations of the molecules interactions with the carbon nanotubes and I use the SIESTA 3.2 . What is the Difference Between 3.2 SIESTA for SIESTA 4.0 ?
