Combine the advanced and the simple selection tool into one tool

Hello,

my idea is to combine the advanced and the simple selection tool into one tool.
Please include these abilites into the new combined selection tool:

1) ability to enter the width, height, X and Y position of the selection manually into text fields
2) ability to move and resize the selection rectangle with arrow keys or with mouse
3) always display the current dimension and position of the selection (the advanced selection tool doesn't display these informations)
4) always display the zoom window, it can be disabled, so it is not annoying
5) only take the screenshot when pressing a specified key (the simple selection tool immediately takes the screenshot upon releasing the mouse key, which is bad)

When using the selection tool, both the "advanced" and the "simple" selection tools have features which are useful, but currently I cannot use the advanced and the simple selection tool at the same time.

Every open-source project does need money, of course. So here is my proposal:

I'll start to work on this feature and try to finish it in the next 2 weeks. When I am done and the feature is implemented as you've described I'll count up my working hours spent on this feature and you decide how much money you (or your company?) want to donate for it. You can use the donate button on our project blog (http://shutter-project.org) for your generous contribution.

Please calculate the required amount of working hours and your hourly rate in advance, how much is it? You say that I can donate after the feature has been implemented?

Don't get me wrong. You don't need to worry about my working hours and
hourly rate. It isn't that complicated...
I'll implement it and you may donate for it if you are satisfied with
the result.
The amount of your donation is totally up to you - that means you can
decide how much it is worth for you. I just trust in you, that you then
donate something.

There is no risk for you here ;-)

Ok thanks, but after the completion try to calculate how much is the work worth. It would be cool if you could implement the 1-5 points mentioned here in the first message.
