Custom settings for Shutter Branding

Asked by Scott Martin

I really like look of the default for 'Shutter Branding' plug-in. It would be nice to allow custom options to change the Shutter logo,tilt,shadow... etc.

What step can be used to duplicate this look in the current release?

Regards.
Scott.

The polaroid plugin allows most of the customizations you've described.

The 'Shutter Branding' plugin itself is a shell script that uses imagemagick to create this effect. If you are experienced with imagemagick you might want to edit the script yourself.

All necessary files are located in this directory:
/usr/share/shutter/resources/system/plugins/shell/spaddlogo/
(spaddlogo is the script, spaddlogo.svg the associated icon and shutter_branding.png the shutter logo used by the plugin)

Don't forget: Shutter caches the plugin information to allow faster startup times. When you've edited some of the plugin information (e.g. title or description) you should start Shutter via terminal and clear the cache: shutter --clear_cache

Can you help with this problem?
