Slow process taking screenshot from bash

Hi!
I'm running shutter via a bash script, using this line:
shutter -e -n -s 275,242,190,20 -C -o '~/Pictures/mapfind/map.jpg'

During this process a lot text are being displayed, and some of them are complaining about stuff that's missing, plugins?

However, it takes a few seconds to complete the screenshot, and I'm wondering if there is anyway to speed it up?

Now, I'm a rookie in Linux, so it might be me that's making mistakes..

Got any suggestions, or is there nothing that can be done?
