how to set shotcut keys for shutter on lubuntu

Hi, My os is lubuntu 16.04 with default settings, LXDE.
I install shutter though the terminal, namely, sudo apt install shutter.
In the websit, there are lots of webs for how to set shotcut keys for shutter on ubuntu, not lubuntu. The methods presented in the webs is not proper for lubuntu.
Can anyone tell me how to set shotcut keys for shutter on lubuntu?
