Naming syntax

Hi!
I don't find any doc about the naming syntax https://i.imgur.com/yNM4SNn.png
(in fact I don't find doc at all :) )

For example here I want to automatically create a folder with the current date year-month-day and save my image with year-month-day-hour-min-sec-name

Is that possible?

Also my Edit button is grayed and I don't know why.
