Shutter: Problem on Ubuntu 17.10

When I capture the screen I do not see what I capture, just a mosaic of the program icon. Any Suggestions?

I'm afraid Shutter does not support Wayland in Ubuntu 17.10. You can use it by switching to Xorg, see here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/961304/how-do-you-switch-from-wayland-back-to-xorg-in-ubuntu-17-10
