DEB and RPM files?

I am just wondering and asking if there is ever going to be a DEB and/or RPM package available for Shutter 0.94. There only seems to be a source file available and it would be nice and easier for those who wish to upgrade to 0.94 easily on their distribution.

If not, that is okay. I was just wondering.
