Make gcrot work wiouth Gnome deps

Hi!

Glad to see this cool program!

I am QA person at software company, so using such tool is very useful. For now I'm using ksnapshot from KDE.

But I would like not to use any stuff from KDE/Gnome suite..

Could your please try to make work GScrot without any Gnome dependencies? Or at least make their use optional via compile options?

i am glad you like it.

We will drop the dependency of libgnome2-perl in the next version.

The packages libgnome2-wnck-perl and libgnome2-canvas-perl does not depend on any gnome2 lib even if the name suggests it ;-)

You might want to check it (I asked the guys at gtk2-perl mailing list as well):

At least there is libgnome2-gconf-perl, which looks quite good, as well but i am not sure if there are any hidden gnome2 dependencies. I will ask for that at the mailinglist as well and post it here.
