Start GScrot Minimized

Asked by Jem

I cannot autostart GScrot minimized in Ubuntu Intrepid. The ‐‐min_at_startup switch doesn't work.

I am sorry for your inconvenience. The ‐‐min_at_startup seems to be broken in the latest version of GScrot.

There will be a new version of GScrot in the next days.

This is weird...

When i copy ‐‐min_at_startup from your question above an paste it to a terminal (gscrot --min_at_startup) the --min_at_startup switch won't be recognized.
When i type it manually it works perfectly. You can even copy the text out of the man page of Gscrot.

I compared both with an text to ascii converter showing me that the dashes in "your" text are not standard ascii chars. Where did you copy that switch from? http://gscrot.ubuntu-projekte.de/?page_id=96 ?

Thanks. I copied it from the original changelog! Typing it manually did the trick though.

I'll have a look at it and double check the dashes. Thanks for your bug report.
