Capturing web page collapsible regions

I am using Shutter to capture web pages. Is there a way to specify that any collapsible regions on a web page that aren't opened by default be opened in the capture? (I'm not sure if "collapsible region" is the right term - I mean, for example, what is seen on this web page: http://www.washburn.edu/admissions/welcome-week.html .)
