How do I disable upload plugins?

When starting shutter and trying to upload an image, the pre-selected upload plugin is often not my own scp upload plugin.

Since I don't use any of the other upload services: Is there a way to remove all of them except one? Deactivate them somehow?

I'm using 0.90.1, Rev.1259.
