How to drag a section of my screen capture in Shutter Drawing Tool?

Once I have a screen capture and want to edit it in the Shutter Drawing Tool, how can I select only a small section of the screen capture and drag it up, down, etc? For example, looking for a way to add empty space and additional content in the middle of an existing screen capture. I can't find a selection tool in Shutter that allows me to select only a portion of the screen rather than the entire screen and then drag where I want it.

Hello Laura,

I can't find the option too, the only way I've managed to do that it's a bit tricky, first capture the entire screen, and then make a selection capture of the same screen and capture the section that you want to put on the other one.
Open the Drawing Tool with the entire screen capture and copy on the selection capture, the you'll move it where you want.
