shutter -w selects windows in wrong order

Asked by BETLOG

shutter -w selects windows in what appears to be REVERSE front-ness.
ie: the window I want to capture is at the front of other windows, yet it is almost impossible to select the desired window, while all other windoes will highlight as i move the mouse over them.
If the desired window is maximised it IS actually impossible to select.

This is the opposite to desirable behaviour, I know it isn't right because I have seen and "fixed'the issue before, however I do not recall how I did so.

There is an option in the settings to take only visible windows in account. Maybe that helps.

Excellent. I guess this is what I did before too.
It just seems so unusual for windows to be selected the way they were with the default (that option unchecked) that I assumed it was a graphics bug.
Thanks.
