Shutter

The "web" grab option is disabled. Why?

I cannot grab URLs because the "Web" option in menu File/New/ is disabled.
What can be the reason for this?

The system is Ubuntu 12.04, Shutter 0.88.1

Please check if the package gnome-web-photo is installed.
