Is there a way to pre-select an area of a window for recurrent screenshots. And is it even possible to linked this pre selected area with a shortcut.

Thanks In advance

Select a region with the Selection Tool and take one screenshot. Now you
can simply hit the redo button in the toolbar to take a screenshot of
the same region again.

Does this work for you?

Thank you for your answer ;)

I thought at this way for the first time. But as I'm doing many other sceenshorts in between, This would not work in an ideal manner, cause I'm losing the selected area.

No, you are not loosing the selected region. You can also navigate to
the last screenshot with that region and select "right-click > repeat
this screenshot" (instead of using the toolbar).

You could also launch Shutter via terminal like this (see 'man shutter'
for more examples):

shutter -s=100,100,300,300
