Does Shutter have an editor for annotating screen shots?

I've read there is an editor for Shutter that will annotate screen shots? I would love this feature. I'm using Shutter v0.85.1 Rev 725 under Ubuntu 10.04. How can I get the editor feature? Thanks.

Shortly after posting this I found the following information:

Following the steps advising to install lib-canvas-perl it all worked now.
