It's on the jabber.org server, room is *shutter* and server is *
conference.jabber.org*

There is also some real nice mibbit-like thing for jabber that you can embed
onto a page, but I forgot what is it...

The link you can embed onto a page is:
xmpp:<email address hidden>?join

This one works: http://<email address hidden>/

Note that right the ending / must be used after the server name, or you get an error.
