Associate shutter as the default screenshot manager

I want to use shutter with my default prtsc key, how can i do it?...

The problem is the key, when I press it does not launchs shutter

Nor take a screenshot. What should I do?

If Compiz is your window manager (activated desktop effects) please
check the following:

Check your advanced compiz settings. It should look like this
(Backend=GConf):

To get here, System ▸ Preferences ▸ CompizConfig Settings Manager ▸
Preferences

(Install it via `sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager` if
it is not installed already)

Additionally it is important to activate the GNOME Compatibility plugin,
