How can I change the Shutter try icon to match my theme?

Is there a way to change the icon that shutter uses in the system tray/notification area, so that it matches my theme? Can I change it to a custom icon, basically?

Here is a quick way to have your own icon:
http://www.ubuntu-pics.de/bild/60657/custom_icon_DXtkx3.png

1) Check what theme you currently use
2) Navigate to the folder /usr/share/icons/<your-theme>/apps/<icon_size>
3) place your custom icon there (needs root privileges)
4) Update the icon cache of this theme, example:
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/
5) Restart Shutter

I would like to ship your humanity-dark (ubuntu-mono-dark) icon with the next release of Shutter. Are you fine with that?
Do you think you have time to create another icon for the ubuntu-mono-light theme?

copies of the icon for both ubuntu-mono-dark and light.
