Mapping a key to the SUPER key

Because I connect to my computer remotely with a small iphone app that only supports the 'Super' key (not the Print Screen key) I want to map the SUPER key so that in combination with the ALT key I can grab a section of the current on screen view.
Is that possible?

As far as I know you can't mix the two modifier keys <Super> and <Alt>
without adding an additonal key.
