If you do not want to add our repo to your sources, you can download the .deb package directly and install it manually (Please be aware that there might be some dependencies you need to install by yourself)

1) download .deb package at the Shutter Team PPA https://launchpad.net/~shutter/+archive/ppa

2) install it using the following command: sudo gdebi <downloaded_shutter_package>
