Animal Shelter Manager

Acceptance number?

Asked by Yaron on 2010-02-22

I have no idea what acceptance number is
Can someone please explain what way this number is used where he lives?

One of the locations I found this term in: https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/sheltermanager/trunk/+pots/sheltermanager/he/913/+translate

Kind regards,

The acceptance number is an UK RSPCA specific term. It's a reference
number given to animals entering the shelter. By default, it is
not enabled in ASM, and instead the field is called "Litter ID" and
appears on the animal details screen.

You don't have to translate this as nobody but an RSPCA in the UK will
ever see it. Or stick in anything you like so that it counts as
translated towards the total in Launchpad!

My team and I are really stuck now because all of us are technical translators and we all have limited knowledge in animals, now we are looking for good Hebrew consultants, lets hope people will assist us...
