Improved Makefile for praat library is not accessible

Dear SpeakGoodChinese developers,

the replacement Makefile for the one in the GSL directory of the praat sources is not accessible in the way described in HOWTO that comes with the SGC sources :-( Can you help ?
Couldn't the file be included with the SGC sources ?

I'm sorry. I didn't know that we still referenced to this file on this location. Since the machine is not connected anymore to the internet and I cannot connect to our build machine, you'll have to wait until Rob van Son responds.

The file exists with us :) don't worry.

Your welcome. at the moment we are working on some stuff related to the storage of recordings and related to praat many improvements :) If that all is in, we will make a new release with all cool translations.
