Seq24

keeping tempo on save with amd64

Hello,

first of all it is a great news to see that seq24 can hope to have a new life ;)
Thanks a lot for this initiative !

so on amd64 the tempo is not saved.
plus, as a feature request it would be great to be able to load a new sequence while playing and that we could change the tempo while playing.

This amd64 tempo bug should be fixed in the current trunk.
