How do I compile this source code?

Hello,

    I like to install this ruler on my suse 12.1 desktop. I'm, wondering as it does not have any configure, makefiles or, python setup files. I know this is made in the ruby language so how do I convert this source code into an executable or run this program. Thanks.

Thanks for the answers I have figured it out it seems supposed to compile and run on the fly. I'll just need to find a way to make it run.
