Tab not as spaces?

The option to keep tab as tabs doesn't work for me when i create a new file in Scratch.
Even if i disable this option, it still only prints out spaces.

Solution:
1. close all open tabs
2. Disable the "Detect Indent" addon
3. restart scratch
4. Everything is back to normal.

After testing, this worked without problem and it uses spaces in the files it is used and tabs where those are used.
I'm not sure where the problem was, but this fixed it
