How to rename Scratch in Serbian localization?
New name would be "Свеска"

Because names of some apps in elementary OS are already translated, and this one is not.

I don’t think that’s a problem. There are *generic* names that can be translated (such as “Files”) and brand names, which should not (such as “Scratch”).
