You can open a "save as" dialog holding CTRL-SHIFT-S or you can rename your files double clicking on them tab's label.

CTRL-SHIFT-S won't work, nothing opens. Rename file does not create copy, it s just rename.

CTRL-SHIFT-S is restored now. You are right about rename function. However thanks for your question, it allowed me to focus my attenction on "save as" function.

This bug is still occurring on the stable release of Luna.
