Will there be an oneric build of Scratch?

We're setting up a primary school with Linux netbooks (Kubuntu 11.10) and want to ensure they are easily managed and replicated in the future. Having a version-matched repository available for Scratch would be a great help in this regard.

For now we will no put Scratch in the official repositories, if it is what are asking.

However you can use Scratch from the ppa of the elementary team

So the Scratch PPA will no longer be updated? And is the lack of Scratch in official repos a licencing issue or just an upstream thing?
