I cant figure out how to upload the source for review

As the title says, I cant figure out how to upload the source for review. The documentation about creating a "source package" is incredibly vague, expecially in regards to java. I dont know what should be in my rules file nor do I know how to preserve my folder/package hierarchy. I know I sound like a complete N00b, I need help. Thanks.
