Schooltool multiple questions

I am a user. Some problems I've had AFTER I have created a new scholl calendar and populated information under both the "MANAGE" section and the new school year setion. These are:

1. Once I have created sections under a course i can't delete them.

2. Once created I can't delete worksheets under the gradebook.

3. Once created I can't delete activities under the gradebook.

4. Despite selecting the scoring system the gradebook does not automatically tabulate scores/grades.

5. Font changes for the "additional year" created after the first year.

In an effort to overcome these issues I deleted all information from the MANAGE section and the newly created school year - and deleted the school year. However, when I create the year again and start to populate the information I find that all previously deleted "activities" and "worksheets" under the gardebook automatically reappear.

And, worse of all, sporadically, information I have added e.g. student names vanishes automatically - and information I have deleted e.g. activity category reappear automatically.
