Can't manage groups

I just installed Schooltool-2009 in jaunty and there are no groups at all. I can't add people because there are no groups to put them in. In the manage section, there is no "groups" section. I can't find a way to add groups or do anything related to them.

OK, ok... I'm trying to get caught up on the documentation...

Groups are under school years. You have to create a year first.
