server inaccessible after deleting the database

Using schooltool-2009 on 64-bit Jaunty.

I had been playing with a lot of data with the server, at the end of the day I decided to delete the data. I stopped the ST daemon and rm'd /var/lib/schooltool-2009-Data.fs. Restarted the daemon and now the server is inaccessible. Browser error message said there was no service available.

I was just about to verify the error message again but the server is back and accessible again. Apparently, there's a delay while the database is being generated.

Everything is good as "new."

So this question is no longer a question. Just sharing the information in case someone encounters the same situation.
