Importing grades and standards-based grading

I work for Freeport School District in New York. I have to use schooltool as a gradebook. I looked online and noticed your service supports importing grades from a csv file and it also supports standards-based grading. My problem is that I can't seem to access that on my account (<email address hidden>). My question is: what do I need to do to be able to access those features in schooltool?
