Excel file import error

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

I am using schooltool 2.6 and I have my own school data in excel file with more than 1000 records. I am trying to import XLS or CSV file but its giving error. (User name is not valid user name)

Do I need follow same standard or format which is given in sample data file ?

Can I upload xls or csv file with my own format or Do I need to follow same format which is provided in sample data ?

Before uploading do I need to fill complete file and upload ?

Please provide step by step procedure to upload XLS OR CSV file.

Hello.

Excel sheets have to be named and structured like in sample data files.
File can have as little sheets as you want to import.
