School tool update from 2.6 to 2.8

Dear Team,

Greetings,

I am using schooltool 2.6 and trying to update to 2.8 Getting below error.

Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/schooltool-owners/2.8/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Ubuntu release - 16.04.3 LTS
