SchoolTool does not use or require PHP or MySQL. It is written in Python and can be made to run on Windows without too much work, but we lack the know-how and time to implement a production-quality Windows server. If someone else can, that would be great.

We recommend running SchoolTool on a virtual server running Ubuntu within a Windows environment.
