how to enable schooltool.fee

I used schooltool 2.8.5 and included the egg in buildout.cfg:

[package]
eggs += schooltool
        schooltool.fee

"make" was done successfully, but "make run" failed with the following messages: ...

EDIT: Just figure it out that I need a new version 2.10.x of schooltool. Sorry to bother.
