Can not edit Contacts

Hi all

I am loged in as the default manager. This would suggest I have max privileges.

When trying to edit a contact I get this message:

You are not allowed to access this page. You can click on the back button in your browser to go back, or ask a more privileged user to log in.

How can I edit Contact (in our case this is equal to parents) details?

The default manager only has privileges based on group membership. For this task the manager needs to be in "Clerks" group. Can you double-check that?
