Tries to connect to fonts.googleapis.com

When the schooltool page loads, it tries to connect to fonts.googleapis.com. If the server computer or the client computer has an internet connection, this is not a problem. But if the computer is not connected to the internet, this dramatically increases page loading time. How can I solve this problem?
