Class Teacher & Principal comments on report card

I have setup the system and am still trying to find my way around. I have setup a report card layout but have found some key elements missing from the report.
1. The student class is is not displayed nor is the term or class teacher, this information would be important if placed under the name of the student.
2. The class teacher is not capable of adding a comment to the report card to students in her class.
3. The principal is not able to also add a comment to the report card.

Would it be possible to also add extra curricular activities to the system as well as to the reports as these are also an important part of the report cards

1. Is a student assigned to the class? I get the teacher and class printed besides each student.

in our case the class teacher is the teacher assigned to be the home room teacher, the class teacher is assigned to the student as the adviser, in our case in question we would like the student advisers the ability to comment overall on the complete progress of the student. The student in this case is not assigned to the said adviser in the sections but assigned to an adviser for the year or class that they are in for purposes of streaming the school has in place.
